My Work as a Realtor
You know a little about me from the copy I've written for the pages on this web site. Below I describe five qualities that highlight what I, John Wilder, bring into my work as a Realtor. I love serving people as their listing or selling agent. Because of my clients trust in me, I am fortunate to be a consistent top producer among SC Lowcountry Real Estate Brokers.
Perserverance
For me, people come first. I rejoice with my clients when they find the 'very' house they've been seeking or when their house has a sold sign in the front yard. The most intense work for a Realtor occurs between signing the contract and the closing. I have skills and perseverance to follow through with you and for you during that time so that you will complete the contract process and 'move into your new home' or 'move onto your next home.'
Experience I have over 30 years experience as a Realtor in the SC Lowcountry. I made my first sale in June, 1978, to a couple who had come from New York State to work in the South Carolina Lowcountry. I discovered my calling as a Realtor in their delight with their new home and their satisfaction with my professional service as their Realtor.
Knowledge
I unabashedly love the real estate business, and I particularly appreciate being included in the most important monetary investment that a family makes. One of my priorities is to keep my clients fully informed throughout each phase of their purchase or sale. I enjoy getting to know people and genuinely care about my clients. I work diligently to meet my client's real estate needs and provide 100% satisfaction throughout the transaction.
Professional I know it is an overworked cliché, but I really am available to my clients 24/7. I set my goals to make the process as easy for my clients as possible and to represent their side of the sale with the depth and breadth of knowledge of an experienced real estate professional.
Dependable My clients consistently express gratitude that I sit at the closing table with them. They honor me often when they call me again whenever they have real estate questions or needs...including the couple from New York that I represented in 1978. When they retired to their home state of New York after several years, I was the only Realtor they called to assist them with the sale of their Summerville home.
With all that said, I will finish by saying that I do not enjoy 'tooting my own horn.' This is, however, a web site for John Wilder, Realtor.
So, what's a professional Realtor to do but 'toot away' on his very own web site. As proof positive that I have spoken honestly in the above information, I've reproduced an old photo of myself when I was in the midst of learning Perseverance, gaining a wealth of Experience, gathering Knowledge, becoming a Professional real estate broker associate, and committing myself to be a Dependable real estate professional for each of my clients.
The words in the paragraph just above are meant to be silly -- these next words are deeply sincere. Please know that I continue daily to grow and learn in my work, an endeavor that I believe I am called to do. I love serving people, whether buyers, sellers, or those needing specific information. Words mean little without a relationship with those reading them and working together to meet your real estate needs. So...
Call me, email me, or drop by my office. I do indeed look forward to getting to know you and answering any questions you have, and possibly even leading you through the process of buying or selling real estate in the SC Lowcountry.
